St George’s School Association
St George’s has a strong and active old student’s club. All children are given the opportunity of Life Membership. The subscription of £108 is charged in instalments of £6 on each termly account from Year 3 onwards. For children who leave at or after Year 6, a balancing charge is made on the final account.
Fee Settlement
Fees are invoiced in advance of each term and are payable in full on or by the first day of each term by bank transfer or cheque.
If you are paying from overseas, you can pay your fees via bank transfer or international card in your local currency via the Barclays-Transfermate payment solution. You will need your student number which can be found on the school’s termly invoice. To use this service, click here.
Childcare vouchers may be used to settle selected eligible charges. Please refer to the Childcare Voucher Information.
Overdue accounts will attract an interest charge in accordance with the standard school terms and conditions. The School may not re-admit into the school any child for whom the previous term’s fees are unsettled.
Please note we do not take part in the 15 hours a week free education and childcare scheme.
New students
A £75 non-refundable registration fee is required when registering your child on the waiting list for a place at the School.
Where a place is formally offered, a £750 deposit is required to secure that place. This deposit is refunded on the final invoice, less any outstanding extras, after the student has left the School.
Discounts and Financial Assistance
A sibling discount of 7.5% is given for the third and subsequent children in each family while three or more children are students at St George’s School.
A boarding and fees grant is provided with a choristership. Choristers are not eligible for further, non-means- tested discounts.
Where a student is potentially eligible for more than one discount, only the discount with the highest % reduction will be applied to fees.
Further assistance for any student may be available in the form of means-tested bursaries. These must be applied for in accordance with the Bursary and Financial Assistance Policy. Parents who require financial assistance are encouraged to discuss this with the School at the earliest opportunity.
For any queries in relation to fees, discounts and bursaries please contact the Business Director on 01753 836548 or email [email protected]
