On Tuesday, 27 August, Mr Goldsmith is joining 20 other Prep School Heads to raise money for the charity ‘Place2be’ – a children’s mental health charity that supports schools in improving the emotional wellbeing of children in their care. The team will be undertaking a ‘Dawn ‘til Dusk’ challenge at Preseli Venture in West Wales which will test fitness, strength, resolve and humour – a five hour coastal sea kayak, a 50 mile bike ride and a 12 mile hike!

The ‘Heads Together’ campaign is a partnership with experienced and inspiring charities that provide front-line mental health support to people who may need it, whilst raising awareness and tackling stigma. Supported by Prince William and Prince Harry, the campaign aims to change the national conversation on mental wellbeing, and they are already doing great work in many areas.

The aim of Heads Up is to raise £100,000 between the 21 schools taking part. If you would like to donate, please see the Head Master’s Just Giving page. Any support you can give, will be hugely appreciated as he prepares for this demanding event!
